Arty Apple Review: Handmade personalised bunting

Arty Apple Review: Handmade personalised bunting

If there is thing I love, it’s handmade crafty gifts.

Add in the chance to personalise them too and I’m sold.

For this reason, when I came across Arty Apple, I was immediately excited.

What is Arty Apple?

Arty Apple was set up by Amy, a mummy of two who discovered her love of creating beautiful personalised items when she started making them for her little ones. Her hobby became her profession, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Today, Arty Apple has a selection of bunting, taggie blankets, hooded towels and more items – all with the option to personalise.

When Amy offered me the chance to pick one of her handmade items to review, I jumped at the chance.

But what to pick?

If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you’ll know that we are in the midst of a house renovation. One of the key rooms to add to our house, is a playroom for Lady P that is off the kitchen.

So I was browsing Amy’s site with that room in mind.

The playroom is a lot about practicality but I still wanted it to be decorated in a kid-friendly way for the girl.

And then I saw it. Personalised bunting.

Woo hoo – I love a bit of bunting!

I spent quite a while comparing the colour options and swatches available to pick. Lady P would only want pink if I’d have shown her, and as much as I also love the colour, I wanted it to be a bit more varied in the playroom.

So I went for the pastel flag bunting.

Rather than personalising it with her name though, I asked Amy if the word ‘play’ could be added instead, and she happily obliged.

When it arrived, I was super excited! Packaged beautifully, the item was just as lovely and had a really premium feel, without losing the handmade aspect.

So once the builders had finally finished in that room, I ‘brought out the bunting’ and hung it over the doorway to the kitchen.

It looks amazing in the playroom and Lady P absolutely loves it.

I’m so glad I discovered Arty Apple and am already making a mental note to revisit the site for any new baby gifts I might need in the future.

Thank you so much, Amy!

That bunting is so cute! We are having some work done at the moment so once it is done I think I may look into this too!
