Easy peasy healthy banana bars for your little ones with very few ingredients or skill required!
These bars are as good as snack for the little ones as they are for a pre-workout snack for us bigger ones.
A healthy treat for the whole family, a snack on the go for a hungry toddler, or as baby-led weaning finger food.
The recipe is all a bit loose, so no specific measurement required. Perfect to get the kids involved in making too!

Healthy banana bars for toddlers
Preheat the oven at 180°C (fan oven) / gas mark 6.
Mush up 2 large ripe bananas in a bowl.
Add to the bowl the raisins, flour, oats, honey and egg and mix to a consistency that wouldn't fall out if held upside down.
Line a loaf tin with grease-proof paper and spread the mixture into the bottom, pressing it into the corners.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Once cooled, cut into strips to make bar shapes.
These bars are naturally quite sweet because of the bananas, so you can leave the honey out if you'd prefer.
