  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C (fan oven) / gas mark 6.
  2. Mush up 2 large ripe bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add to the bowl the raisins, flour, oats, honey and egg and mix to a consistency that wouldn’t fall out if held upside down.
  4. Line a loaf tin with grease-proof paper and spread the mixture into the bottom, pressing it into the corners.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Once cooled, cut into strips to make bar shapes.
Recipe Notes

These bars are naturally quite sweet because of the bananas, so you can leave the honey out if you’d prefer.
